Thank you for contacting Jami Lynn Photography regarding your upcoming event. We are super excited to have the opportunity to capture the moment for you. Please note there have been policy updates made February 1, 2025, that are listed below. Initials are required for some policies, so please read carefully and let us know if you have any questions or concerns. Due to recent changes, a signed contract and polices are required when booking any services.
· Upon booking services, a nonrefundable deposit of 10% of the total amount will be required within 48 hours of reserving your date. Any event bookings made within 2 weeks will require payment in full. Due to recent tax changes made by the government, currently the only form of free exchange of payments are through Zelle through friends and family. Zelle is found in your personal banking aps under wire transfers. There is ABSOLUTELY no way either the client or the vendor can view any banking information. This is completely confidential. You can also download the Zelle ap if your banking ap does not offer Zelle. The ID for Zelle is (8134010088). If you wish not to use Zelle, other platforms are available however will incur taxes for each payment made. Invoices can be sent via Square (there is a 0.035% processing fee) for this platform. You are also able to use Cash App to $jlynnimages or Venmo (813-401-0088), local taxes will be added to each exchange. If you choose to use one of these platforms, please advise us ahead of time so we can advise what the additional tax fee will be. We also accept cash, money order, or cashier check. Please make the cashier check or money order out to Jami Stancampiano.
· Please note: No refunds will be provided after services are rendered for any reason. Because we provide a service and not a product we cannot provide refunds.
· Please note: Payment is for services rendered. Payments cannot be based on opinion of services or quality of delivered photos or video. We urge you to thoroughly view our portfolios prior to booking as edits will not be made once images or videos are delivered.
· Payment schedule: Photography and packages may be paid in installments of the client’s choice up until 2 weeks before date of event. At that time payment in full will be required. Failure to communicate when balance is due will result in cancellation of your event and forfeit of all monies paid. Hair and make-up services are to be paid on date of service upon arrival of the artist. Selection of make-up artists may require an additional deposit depending on who is chosen by the client for service. Coordinating and officiant services require a 20% deposit and total balance paid in full 48 hours prior to event. Childcare services will be paid upon arrival. No refunds are provided. The coordinator will provide a separate contract based off or your consultation on any added fees and what to expect for your services and payment. Please note that if you choose to alter services with the coordinator, this will result in signing of a new contract. The specific details of payments due will be customized and outlined in your contract. If your service requires continuous planning over an extended period of time, 20% will be due every 3 months until the agreement has been met. Final payment of services is due 2 weeks before date of event. Please feel free to reach out with any questions regarding your particular service. If you are purchasing these services in a package together, you will be asked to pay for all the services together outlined in your contract. No direct payment to each vendor will be required outside of hair and makeup or childcare.
· Late Payments will receive $50 late fees for every 3 days late from the due date until balance is paid in full. If balance is paid and the late fees are ignored services or products will be held until fees are cleared. A friendly reminder will be sent after your due date approaches or a day after is passes to help you avoid any late fees.
· I understand that it is my responsibility to stay up to date on Jami Lynn Photography policies that are available publicly at this link. · Clients will have 24 hours after their sneak peek to request reasonable editing alternations. As an example, if they would like the pictures darker or brighter. Editing is done to produce the most natural appearance. This may require the assistance of AI tools to do so. Filters are only used if lighting needs to be adjusted or a particular appearance is requested by the client. Any special editing request must be discussed previously to the session or event. There will be no wrinkle remover or backdrop extensions. Please be advised prior to choosing your outfits and backdrops.
· Unedited and raw images are NEVER released. There are specific reasons for this decision and the unedited images or raw images are not for sale nor are the rights to the images. A print release is provided free of charge if needed.
· All sessions including special events, birthdays, or weddings bookings will require a signed contract which will outline the details of the agreement and services. Without a signed contract and deposit, your event will not be secured. If you provide payment outlined and requested in your contract, however, fail to provide a signed contract, you are accepting the terms of the contract and all details outlined in the contract will be upheld. If you decide to add time to your event and have not provided a signed contract, you will be required to sign the original and updated contract at that time. All deposits must be received within 48 hours of signed contract. All deposits are non-refundable and credited towards amount due.
· Cancellations from Jami Lynn Photography are extremely rare, only 1 in 22 years, however Jami Lynn Photography reserves the right to terminate the contract at any time. If termination occurs prior to scheduled event, a written cancellation notification will be provided on a case-by-case basis. If the event is canceled due to a family emergency or unforeseen natural disaster to the member of Jami Lynn Photography, a full refund of any payments made following the nonrefundable deposit will be provided. If a cancellation is made due to any other circumstances, monies paid will not be refunded and a credit will be offered. Sufficient notice of cancellation will be provided in the exceedingly rare case one occurs.
· If the client needs to cancel services due to a natural disaster or pandemic, any payments made will be credited towards another session or event of the client’s choosing with the exception of special events such as a Santa sessions or special event that requires additional fees towards the event by JLP. If sufficient notice of cancellation is provided (more than 2 weeks’ notice), the client may use their deposit as a credit towards a future service. A new deposit will not be required for the first rescheduled date. Two consecutive cancellations will result in a forfeit of all monies paid to date and any rescheduling will require nonrefundable payment upfront for any service.
· Additional editing to photo or video: All images are shot and edited in jpeg unless otherwise requested. Basic editing is included in all photo and video services. We urge you to view our portfolios prior to booking so you are comfortable with our editing style. Additional or special editing is available upon request within limits. We do not change the physical appearance of those in the pictures. We will not make you lose 20 pounds in the image or create unrealistic body changes. We are natural photographers and do not use special filters to make the images more artistic. Any special video coverage or editing MUST be communicated prior to event. You will have 30 days after receiving your photos or video to request any minor adjustments to the basic editing. As an example, if there is a blemish on your face that was missed in editing, or a noticeable bruise, this does not include changing the color of a flower or nail polish, removing lint or wrinkles, etc. Basic editing does not include adding images to your pictures, extreme editing to the shape or color to your skin or body. Please feel free to ask in advance if your request for editing is included or extra. Any editing requests made after 30 days of receiving your photos or video are subject to additional charges.
· Use of filters oh photos can be provided within limits upon request. As an example, if there are no clouds in the sky during your session and you would like clouds added, that can be done. Adding objects to the image that does not currently have them in them, is not provided. If you choose to add or alter an image after provided, you may not do so withouttagging Jami Lynn Photography as the creator. Photography is an art and we deliver our images based off of our art form and we do not wish to be linked to any alterations and is against policies to alter the images after delivery.
· Falsified images are subject to legal action. Cropping an image, declaring the image was produced from JLP when in fact you on edited the image or taking a distorted picture of an image from the computer, claiming Jami Lynn Photography produced that particular quality image, is subject to slander and legal action. Slander will result in immediate dismissal from the company, a cease and desist will be issued, and no further communication will come directly from Jami Lynn Photography.
· We HATE to bring this up, however it is necessary and is repeated later in the policies to ensure understanding. THERE WILL BE NO FORM OF HARASSMENT or BULLYING TOLERATED!It is considered harassment when multiple phone calls, emails, instant messages, or text messages are consistently sent by the client or the client’s friends or family members. Any slander, malice, social media deformation of character, and/or bullying of any employee or vendor of Jami Lynn Photography is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate dismissal of the company and legal action. Enlisting family members or friends to harass any individual associated with or a vendor of Jami Lynn Photography will result in the above mentioned. This is not something we want to have to do, so we ask to please remain respectful of any concerns you may have.
· COVID symptoms and exposure: If a vendor or team member of JLP tests positive or develops symptoms of COVID 19, the vendor or team member will be replaced ASAP if available. Please understand that during busy seasons a replacement may not be available and in that event the client will receive a refund of money paid towards that service. Sometimes, as many of you know, there is not much notice when this happens. JLP does their very best to find a replacement for that member. Please be patient and express understanding as the replacement member steps in. Errors may happen and will be handled as quickly as possible. Any negative behavior towards these team members or vendors stepping in at the last minute will not be tolerated. Everyone’s health including our clients’ is of the utmost importance to us. We will wear masks for any venue requiring to do so and some members of our team may choose to wear them at our leisure. If you wish to have our team wear masks, please communicate that with us ASAP. Thank you.
· If the client anticipates a late arrival to an event or session, communication is required immediately. If failure to communicate the late arrival and the JLP vendor or member will wait only 15 minutes past the booking time. After that time, the vendor or member will be free to leave, and the client will forfeit all monies paid. If a late arrival is anticipated and proper communication is provided, the vendor will wait for the client for the new agreed upon time of arrival, however the time hired for will not be adjusted for the price agreed upon. If additional time is needed, the client will be subject for the additional fees outlined in the contract or session agreement. When arriving late to a photo shoot, once the time allotted for the session has expired, the photographer will leave if no extension and/or payment is received. Our photographers often have multiple sessions in a day and cannot be expected to extend their time.
· Jami Lynn Photography holds the right to refuse services without explanation. If a refusal of service is deemed necessary, the refusal of services will be provided upon contact of requested service.
· Last-minute add-on of services are offered, and a signed revised contract will be required at the time the add-on is requested. The additional services will need to be paid in full immediately at the time of add on is requested, no exceptions will be made. If a request of extension is made and payment is not immediately followed, the vendor will leave and the request for extension and revised contract will be voided.
· Jami Lynn Photography holds the right to hold images or videos due to non-payment or inappropriate behavior such as slander. If payment arrangements have been made and are not honored, no images or videos will be released outside of the sneak peek. JLP also reserves the rights to remove images from albums, adjust expiration dates, and remove access to images or video if any breech in contract or policies is observed.
· COVID 19, natural disasters, including but not limited to other pandemic or global emergencies: will be handled on a case-by-case basis. If the venue has cancelled on the event and out of the control of the client, no penalty rescheduling will be implemented and a credit for all monies paid will be offered towards future services. Rescheduling under these circumstances will not have a time limit on credit owed however pricing may be different depending on the time of rescheduling. Due to the constant inflation, increased pricing has been out of our control. Although we try our best to be budget friendly, many of our members and vendors have been forced to increase pricing due to the current inflation rates. We apologize; however, no refunds are offered other than what is outlined above.
· Auto accidents: We travel throughout the state of Florida and even internationally at times. Just like the weather, we cannot control traffic or accidents. We give enough time when traveling for potential traffic situations and will communicate if an issue arises past those expectations. If one of the employees of Jami Lynn Photography or a vendor of JLP is involved themselves in an accident, the client will be advised as soon as possible. If we are able to provide a replacement if the vendor is traveling to the event we will do so. Please keep in mind these are unexpected situations and may require a little wiggle room in finding a replacement if possible. If the vendor or employee is traveling home from the event and an accident occurs, we will also communicate ASAP if there was any damage done to equipment or if there will be any delays in editing. If damage was done to the equipment, we will offer a staged reshoot. We hope this never happens; however, life is unexpected and the unexpected may occur.
· Photography credits may be used towards the same event or photo session. Credits may notbe used for special events and pricing such as Santa sessions. These sessions are geared to cover the costs of the event and cannot be altered.
· All photos for events will be delivered to the client as per the contract; typically, within 4-8 weeks during the non-busy season for large events. Smaller events or photo sessions are often delivered between 5-10 days. A sneak peek will be offered within 24-48 hours of the event or session. If a particular guest requests a copy of a picture or pictures taken of them or their family only, Jami Lynn Photography will provide those images only to the guest unless otherwise requested by the client. To be clear, the guest will not receive any images of anyone outside of their direct family; the client will need to provide those additional images to their guests if desired. No additional cost will be requested for this service by the client or their guest.
· Images are delivered through an online gallery called Pixieset. Communication regarding delivery of sneak peek or final delivery of images will come directly from Pixieset. Clients will have unlimited access to their gallery and unlimited downloads. The sneak peek will have a temporary watermark on them upon delivery, however when the entire album is finished, all watermarks will be removed. Additional images available for purchase outside of the package purchase or session purchased, will be blocked until payment is received.
· Albums do expire and a notification is sent via email prior to expiration date. Once the album has expired there is a $25 album renewal fee. Please make sure to download and back up all your images and videos prior to the expiration date. Several months are provided for free downloading following the clients’ event or session.
· All images are backed up for preservation purposes. If the client would like the images placed on a USB or CD, there will be an additional charge for that service. There is a $30 fee for a USB and CDs are $10 per CD. Each CD can hold roughly 200 images.
· Please keep in mind that all images are not going to be 100% perfect. We love capturing the moment and sometimes the moment may not be 100% perfect or 100% in focus. We do our best to perfect the image and sometimes we make the decision to include the image with your album so you may remember the moment rather than delete it from the history of the event. We include a huge variety of images that help capture your event. Please note that we cannot control the weather or venue lighting. We work with all conditions to the best of our ability and strive to produce the best images and video as possible. Upon arrival, we may provide feedback on the lighting and what may and may not work for your session. Sometimes a client may prefer the experience of a candlelight wedding or low light, however that does not always produce the best images. We will provide suggestions on how to improve the lighting and place a filter on the images to give the desired effect. We do use flashes, however there are certain lighting situations that may not be corrected by a flash. If you choose to ignore the suggestions and prefer the experience rather than the quality, there will not be a refund or reshoot provided. Editing will be done to the very best ability based on the elements of the location.
· Officiants will provide an intro call and will attend rehearsals as requested by the client in the included pricing given. He/She will contact you directly to review the script for your big day and customize it to your preferences. Please note there is a separate deposit needed for the officiant. This is included in your pricing and will come off the total due.
· DJ’s will provide all the required equipment for your event. It is VERY important to communicate with the DJ your set up and if a microphone will be needed for the ceremony as well as if you would like an MC. Some of our DJ’s do come with a complimentary MC and others do not. The DJ will be in touch with you in ample time to go over your song selection and any special requests. Our DJ’s are amazing and they can often alter things last minute, however if they do not know how to pack their equipment for your event, we cannot guarantee the availability of product. We also offer live bands and musicians if desired as well as uplighting; this is not included in DJ pricing.
· Videographers will edit based off of standard editing guidelines. Any special requests MUSTbe communicated prior to event and may result in additional fees. If requesting a drone, please do so at the time of booking otherwise one will not be available day of. All videographers have different styles, so please ask to view their portfolio before reserving their services. We offer both highlight and documentary style. Please note that short coverage times will result in a very short video. If only booking for 1-2 hours, your video will only be roughly 5 minutes. Please keep this in mind when choosing this service.
· Hair and Make-Up artists are prices based off of the number of people needing their services. With this in mind, we ask that you do not add on any additional persons without a 48-hour notice. Our artists need to ensure they have enough time and staff to provide the best service possible for your big day. Any trials can be directly booked with your artist. Once you have secured the services of an artist, you may add people to your reservation within a 2 week notice, however you cannot remove people from your reservation. Any add on persons day of, will depend on allotted time and availability of artists. No changes in make-up or hairstyles will be allowed after the 48-hour mark to your service. Please ensure to ask your party well in advance if they would like this service. Changing the agreed upon style may also alter the time allowed for the service as well as pricing.
· Reversals of payment or non-payment will result in immediate removal of images from the client gallery and will not be re-released until payment has been made in full. If a reversal of payment is made there will be a $250 reversal fee applied and the client will be immediately terminated from Jami Lynn Photography. Refusal to pay for services rendered will be immediately terminated as a client and no images or videos will be provided. Both reversal of payments and refusal to pay for services rendered will result in civil legal action lawsuit.
· By signing the contract, the client recognizes and agrees to the expected turnaround time for their pictures. Please note editing can be unpredictable and may require additional time depending on system issues and high volume times. Photography hits busy season annually from August to December. A sneak peek will always be provided within 24-48 hours of the clients’ event or session. If the client needs particular pictures for a gift urgently; the client will need to specify this request before the session or event. Editing is handled by date of event or session and expectations of turn around will be advised prior to the event/session and reminded day of. Please keep in mind each image takes roughly 2-5 minutes of editing to ensure the best quality images to our clients. A communication guideline will be provided to the client to help manage expectations and allow for appropriate editing time. It is asked that excess communication outside the schedule to be limited to urgent matters only.This is not to be rude, however this puts additional pressure on the editor and photographer and has become a constant issue. One follow up on delivery will be responded to as a reminder of the due date for delivery. Any expected delays in delivery will be communicated well in advance to the client as soon as the delay is identified. We understand that you are excited to have your images and we are equally as excited to share them with you and work very hard on delivering them to you as soon as possible. We appreciate your understanding on this matter.
· Concerns or complaints regarding any service must be communicated with 30 days of the event. We do not issue refunds, however we can provide reshoots and credits towards future services. We are not perfect and there are times things may happen that require our attention. If you experience an issue during your event or session, we would like the opportunity to provide a resolution. We will go above and beyond to try and correct any issues that may have arisen, please communicate with us any opportunity to correct your complaint or concern when reaching out to us. If you do not provide us feedback, we cannot correct your experience.
· Jami Lynn Photography reserves the right to use any and all images for their portfolio and marketing unless otherwise expressed by the client. Any boudoir photography will remain private unless written consent is provided by the client for advertising or marketing purposes. The rights to images taken by Jami Lynn Photography and associates are not available for purchase. You may request a photo release for printing however rights will never be sold. If the client wishes to keep his/her images private, they will be asked to sign a form advising they do not wish to allow Jami Lynn Photography to use their images. This form will also bind Jami Lynn Photography and any vendor working with Jami Lynn Photography from using any of the images.
· Behavior and conduct will always remain professional by Jami Lynn Photography and affiliates and request the same in return. Rude, offensive forms of communication verbal, physical, texts, emails or other will not be tolerated or responded to. If the behavior escalates, pictures will not be delivered and a void of the contract terms of Jami Lynn Photography’s responsibilities will be voided. If a member of the Jami Lynn Photography is found to conduct themselves in an unprofessional manor an in-depth investigation is conducted and validated which may result in the release of relationship between that individual and Jami Lynn Photography. If the investigation is validated, the client will be offered an opportunity to correct the experience or provide a credit for future services. These cases will be handled on a case-by-case basis and fully investigated. If a client is disrespectful or conducts themselves in an offensive manor, the member or members of the team will leave immediately, and no refunds will be issued, and no products or images will be provided. No prior notice of exiting is required in this situation. As an example, if a member or vendor of JLP is physically assaulted or harassed at an event, the immediate departure will be initiated. In this event and official termination of relationship will be issued to the client. If after services are rendered and a client is belligerent to any member of Jami Lynn Photography or associates verbally, physically, text, or with public media slander, appropriate actions will be taken and may result in legal civil action lawsuit along with termination from company and legal action will be taken.
Verbal and physical abuse will not be tolerated under any circumstances. This is repeated to ensure the understanding of behavior expectations. If a client or guest becomes verbally or physically abusive towards ANYmember of Jami Lynn Photography or affiliates, the vendor will immediately report the abuse to the necessary person or persons and any physical abuse will be followed with a police report. If abuse occurs the vendor will immediately leave, and the client will not receive a refund on services. Depending on the severity of the situation products, services, videos, and or images may be withheld until an agreement is made.
· Alcohol consumption or drug use are strictly prohibited by members and vendors of Jami Lynn Photography and affiliates while working events or sessions. Clients consuming alcohol at an event, are asked to keep all beverages away from equipment. We understand it is a celebration and many may choose to consume alcohol during the celebration, however we ask not to touch our equipment at the risk of damaging the product.
· Verbal agreements will be re-enforced by binding contracts. If at an event and a client has a special request outside of the contract agreements, the client will be asked to sign a digital copy of that agreement before that request is granted. The client will be sent a copy of any papers or agreements signed outside of the already signed contract.
· Promotions and specials must be requested prior to services.
· If you are receiving a special promotion or pricing due to exchange of services or for any other reason, these prices will be valid for you only during the original date and location agreed upon. Any changes to that agreement may result in alterations to the pricing agreement.
· If you have volunteered for a bridal show in exchange for a photo session, your credit is only valid for 1 single photo session. This may not be transferred or applied towards a large event. You will not be permitted to bring family members to use their credits towards a large event such as a wedding. There are no exceptions to this agreement.
· CD’s or USD purchased are guaranteed for 30 days. After that time a replacement of the CD or USD will be available at an additional purchase.
· Contract edits are allowed with restrictions. If a client would like to edit their contract that in which will affect the amount agreed upon, the client will be allowed to add on services but not reduce services agreed upon up until 2 weeks before the event. Each contract is specifically geared toward the client and their event, and the appropriate staff and equipment have been arranged accordingly. Times may be altered through conversation prior to event that are agreed upon by both vendor/member and client.
· Jami Lynn Photography employees and vendors are not available during holidays that are not previously booked. If you have not booked us for a session on a holiday, we will respond back to you on our next business day. Please do not send multiple messages or phones calls during these times as we honor work/family balance. If we are not working, we are spending time with our families and friends. Any delayed time away will be publicly posted.
· We are happy to answer any questions or concerns during our business hours between 9 am and 9 pm EST. If you message before or after that time, we will respond back to you during business hours. Messages received at 4 am will not be replied to until 9 am. Thank you for your understanding.
Many of our staff have full-time jobs and families. We provide these services because we love what we do. We ask that you please keep in mind that we are trying to juggle a work/life balance. Please be respectful during holidays and communication times. Thank you for your understanding.
